7. Consideration of Resolution 2023-005 Authorizing the District to Retain Accounting Services from
Morice, List & Associates, LLC and Authorizing Other Actions as Necessary to Effectuate the Same
8. Consideration of Resolution 2023-006 Approving the Annual Budget for the Fiscal Year Ending
December 31, 2024, Authorizing the Expenditures Therein, and Appropriating Funds with Respect
Thereto
9. Consideration of Resolution 2023-007 Confirming the Election of a Chair and Appointing Officers to a
One-Year Term
10. Closed Session pursuant to Section 610.021(1) of the Revised Statutes of Missouri
