Please take notice that a meeting of the Nominating Committee of the Missouri History Museum Subdistrict will be held in the Laclede Gas Conference Room at the History Museum on October 26, 2023, at 2pm. The agenda for such meeting is as follows:
1. Approval of the Minutes of the November 5, 2022 Nominating Committee Meeting.
2. Consideration of a replacement Commissioner for County Voting vacancy occasioned by the resignation of Valerie Bell.
3. Reappointment of Jeremy Colbert, Cynthia Crim, and Frank Hamsher as Voting Commissioners.
4. Such other business as may come before the Committee.
The Committee may close a portion of the meeting with a closed vote and record, as authorized by Section 610.021 (1), (2) and (3), RSMo., relating to legal issues, advice from counsel real estate and/or individual personnel and performance, and negotiation of a contract pursuant to Section 610.021 (12) RSMo.
