MISSOURI HISTORY MUSEUM SUBDISTRICT RENEWAL
COMMITTEE MEETING
December 3, 2025
Please take notice that a meeting of the Renewal Committee of the Missouri History Museum Subdistrict will be held virtually on December 3, 2025 at 2:00pm via Zoom Meeting. The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1. Approval of the minutes of the November 20, 2024 Renewal Committee Meeting.
2. Review of the operations of the Missouri History (“MHM”) with respect to the following:
a. Compliance with the terms of the Sixth Amended and Restated Operating Agreement (the “Agreement”);
b. Attendance Information (in person/online/Admission Information;
c. Exhibit Information;
d. Education and Outreach Programs;
e. Reporting by MHM’s officer responsible for financial matters;
f. Financial Reporting;
g. Accreditation Report of the American Association of Museums; and
h. Other Information of import to the Committee.
3. Such other information as this Committee may deem necessary in determining whether to renew the Agreement.
4. Discussion of any revisions to the Agreement.
5. Such other business as may come before the Committee.
The Committee may close a portion of the meeting with a closed vote and record, as authorized by Section 610.021 (1), (2) and (3), RSMo., relating to legal issues, advice from counsel, real estate and/or individual personnel and performance, and negotiation of a contract pursuant to Section 610.0221 (12) RSMo.
