To slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus the Board of Aldermen are holding regular meetings by electronic Webinar. Each meeting will have an electronic link and phone number that can be used to view and/or listen to a meeting. Each meeting will also have a Meeting ID Number that can be used if requested while you are accessing the meeting.

This Board Bill will allow up to a 10-year tax abatement based on 95% of the assessed value of the incremental improvements. This Board Bill seeks to approve a Chapter 99 Redevelopment Plan and Blighting Study for the 1417-1433 Tower Grove Ave. Redevelopment Area. This Board Bill will allow 1417-1433 Tower Grove Ave. to have 5-year tax abatement based on 75% of the assessed value of the incremental improvements. The project consists of the renovation of an existing mixed use building in the Forest Park Southeast neighborhood. The prospective redeveloper plans on converting the building into 10 apartments.
