Plan Area 6 Open House - Mark Twain/I-70 Neighborhood

PlanSTL is creating a vision plan for what the Mark Twain I-70 Industrial neighborhood will look like in the future. It will cover the area between I-70 to the north, Kingshighway Boulevard to the east, Natural Bridge Avenue to the south, and the City limits to the west, and provide a framework for the future addressing topics such as: 

• industry
• housing
 • zoning
 • transportation
 • redevelopment

This is the second of two community meetings. Join us to provide input on the draft ideas and recommendations. The planning process will be finalized in the fall of 2026.
