stLouISTJoin us for the PlanSTL Neighborhood Plan Open House for The Ville, Greater Ville, and Kingsway East (Plan Area One), an opportunity to learn about and provide feedback on the draft plan shaping the future of our community. The PlanSTL Plan Area One Fall Open House will showcase proposed strategies and recommendations related to housing, economic development, land use, and other key priorities that guide neighborhood growth and investment. The event will take place at Northside Community Elementary School, 3033 N Euclid Ave, November 19, 2025 from 5pm-7pm.
The plan was created through a year-long collaboration among residents, neighborhood leaders, and community stakeholders, with support from the City of St. Louis Planning and Urban Design Agency’s PlanSTL Neighborhood Planning Program and consulting firm Lamar Johnson Collaborative. Through planning committee meetings, working groups, open houses, and surveys, community members played a central role in identifying priorities and crafting strategies that reflect the shared vision for the neighborhood’s future.
At the Fall Open House, attendees can review the draft recommendations, speak directly with project staff and share input that will help refine the next version of the plan.
