Public Hearing for Substantial Amendment to 2020 – 2024 Consolidated Plan and 2022 Annual Action Plan

The Community Development Administration (CDA) will publish a Substantial Amendment to its 2023 CDBG Annual Action Plan on Thursday, October 26, 2023, to solicit public comments.

Public Comment Period/Written Comments
The public comment period will begin on October 26, 2023. The views of citizens, public agencies, and other interested parties are strongly encouraged. Written comments or suggestions should be addressed to CDA, 1520 Market Street, Suite 2000, St. Louis, MO 63102 or via email at CDBG@stlouis-mo.gov. 
Written comments will be accepted until November 27, 2023, at 5:00 p.m.

Documents Available for Review
The Substantial Amendment to the 2020 – 2024 Consolidated Plan and 2022 Annual Action Plan will be available for review as of October 26, 2023, at CDA, located at 1520 Market Street Suite 2000. Copies of documents may be downloaded at: www.stlouis-mo.gov/government/departments/community-development/documents/2023-substantial-amendment-october-6.cfm

The public is invited to attend a Public Hearing in person or virtually to provide comments and feedback.
