Public Hearing - Substantial Amendment to 2020–2024 Consolidated Plan and 2024 Annual Action Plan for Tornado Recovery

The Community Development Administration (CDA) will conduct an in-person/virtual public hearing at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, June 20, 2025, to solicit public comments and answer questions pertaining to Substantial Amendment to 2020–2024 Consolidated Plan and 2024 Annual Action Plan for tornado recovery.

Public Comment Period/Written Comments
The public comment period begins on June 12, 2025. The views of citizens, public agencies, and other interested parties are strongly encouraged. Written comments should be addressed to CDA, 1520 Market Street, Suite 2000, St. Louis, MO 63102 or via email at CDBG@stlouis-mo.gov. 

Written comments will be accepted until 5pm on July 13, 2025. Subject to HUD Waiver approval, a shorter time period will be made allowable and written comments will be accepted until 5pm on June 17, 2025. Updates to the comment period will be communicated via the CDA newsletter and website.
