stLouISTThe St. Louis-based nonprofit AiArthritis (International Foundation for Autoimmune & Autoinflammatory Arthritis) is stepping out from operating solely as an online organization and into the community with two FREE family-friendly charity events this May—and they’re putting a unique twist on the traditional charity walk!
It’s called the “Race-A-Thon to DRIVE AUTOimmune & AUTOinflammatory Arthritis Disease Awareness”, and the local “Pit Stop Parties” will feature:
• Remote control car races with vehicles sponsored and driven by doctors, patients, and local supporters
• Raffles and giveaways, cars donated post events to local kids with juvenile AiArthritis diseases
• Fun, auto-themed activities to educate people about Autoimmune & Autoinflammatory Arthritis diseases
• Free to attend, food and beverages available for purchase.
Event Dates:
• May 7, 4–8PM at Baileys’ Range – AiArthritis’ 14th Birthday & our Founders birthday, too! (STL local)
• May 20, 4–8PM at 4 Hands Brewing Co. – World AUTOimmune & AUTOinflammatory Arthritis Day
This event marks the first time AiArthritis, who is known for their global online presence - is bringing its mission into the real world, and they’re starting right here in the founder and CEO’s hometown of St. Louis. These events are in conjunction with World AUTOimmune & AUTOinflammatory Arthritis Day, the first project AiArthritis established, which is a global auto-themed awareness event that reaches 60+ countries each year. Help us connect our resources to those in St. Louis who need them!
