Senior Fund of St. Louis City - Board of Directors Meeting

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE FOR SEPTEMBER 23 MEETING
Anyone wishing to address the Senior Fund Board on the proposed 2026-2027 property tax rate for the Senior Citizens' Services Fund is invited to comment in the public hearing that will be open at the beginning of the regular meeting of the Senior Fund Board of Directors. Comments should pertain to the resolution setting the property tax rate for the fund (proposed tax levy rate of $0.0490 on each $100 of assessed valuation). The public notice outlining assessed valuations for the current and previous tax years is linked below and published in the St. Louis Post Dispatch.

All meetings are open to the public. The meeting agenda will be posted on our website at least 24 hours prior to the meeting on stlseniorfund.org.
When meeting location is listed as virtual/remote, preferred attendance for meetings is participation via computer or phone. In-person attendance is available on a case-by-case basis as needed. Community members that would like to attend an in-person meeting, please let our staff know ahead of time, ideally at least one day in advance, so that we can assist you with directions and accessing the meeting room. ABOUT SENIOR FUND: Senior Fund of St. Louis City receives property tax revenues levied and collected by the City of St. Louis to support programs and services for residents in the City of St. Louis who are 60 years or older. Senior Fund primarily distributes revenue received through grants to local nonprofits and government entities to help older residents continue aging in their home and community.
