Subdistrict Nominating Committee Meeting

AGENDA
Please take notice that a meeting of the Nominating Committe of the Missouri History Museum Subdistrict will be held via Zoom and in person in the Shaughnessy Conference Room at the History Museum on December 10, 2024, at 3pm.
1. Approval of the Minutes of the November 14, 2024, Nominating Committee Meeting.
2. Consideration of a replacement Commissioner for the County Voting vacancy occasioned by the decision of Vickie Henson not to serve again for another four-year term.
3. Such other business as may come before the Committee.
The Committee may close a portion of the meeting with a closed vote and record, as authorized by Section 610.021 (1), (2) and (3), RSMo., relating to legal issues, advice from counsel, real estate and/or individual personnel and performance, and negotiation of a contract pursuant to Section 610.021 (12) RSMo.
