WHAT...North winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected.

WHERE...The City of St. Louis, portions of east central, northeast, and southeast Missouri, south central, southwest, and west central Illinois.

WHEN...From 6 AM to 6 PM Friday.

IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
