accumulations between 4 and 10 inches. Minor icing is also
possible. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Illinois and
central and east central Missouri.

* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 6 AM CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The
hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.
