accumulations between 1 and 12 inches and ice accumulations
between one tenth and one half of an inch possible.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Illinois and
central, east central, and southeast Missouri.

* WHEN...From Saturday evening through late Sunday night.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice.
