accumulations between 4 and 11 inches and ice accumulations up to
four tenths of an inch possible.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Illinois and
central and east central Missouri.

* WHEN...From Saturday evening through late Sunday night.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice.
