• WHAT: Snow expected. Total snow and sleet accumulations 1 to 3 inches.
• WHERE: City of St. Louis and portions of south central and southwest Illinois and central and east central Missouri.
• WHEN: Until 4 PM CST this afternoon.
• IMPACTS: Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday evening commute.
