Word on the Street Teen Summit

Join the Gateway Region YMCA at Word On The Street, a FREE Teen Summit where you'll dive into three key topics: Violence Prevention, Mental Health, and Workforce Development. Engage in interactive sessions led by experts, enjoy a complimentary lunch, and connect with peers and speakers. Don't miss this chance to have fun, learn, network, and make a difference!

Breakout Sessions:

• Mental Health - Dance to hip-hop's greatest hits, learn how movement benefits mental health, and brainstorm easy ways to infuse movement into self-care
• Workforce Development - Receive a crash course in Networking and Elevator Pitches then compete in a pitch contest for a prize
• Violence Prevention - Use Kickboxing & Yoga to navigate negative emotions and positive ways to release stress
