Youth Business Workshop Series

The City of St. Louis is partnering with the Northside Economic Empowerment Center (NEEC) and the Business Assistance Center, powered by the St. Louis Development Corporation, to host the Youth Business Workshop Series.

This series will equip participants with essential tools, resources, and knowledge to legitimize and grow their businesses. Open to youth up to age 19, the workshop provides a solid foundation for building a sustainable business while still in high school.

 Starting a Business Bank Account

• Importance of financial separation

• Resources for managing business finances

Expected Outcomes

By attending this workshop, participants will:

•  Gain practical knowledge to formalize their business.
•  Understand how to manage finances responsibly.
•  Be inspired to build a sustainable entrepreneurial career!

Opportunities

Become an approved vendor for the St. Louis City Office on Children, Youth, and Families-sponsored youth events by attending all workshops. Attend additional NEEC workshops to expand entrepreneurial skills.
