Hazelwood police were called to a domestic disturbance at about 11:30 a.m. in the 1300 block of Eagles Way Court, St. Louis County police said.

“It is abundantly clear that Missouri families need rapid federal assistance to rebuild homes and lives, and to continue moving forward,” Missouri Gov. Mike Kehoe said in statement.

“What did we do?" one of the men reportedly asked St. Louis police officers. "We aren’t allowed to take anything off the ground?”
