St. Charles County prosecutor Tim Lohmar’s driver’s license was revoked July 1 after police said he refused to submit to breath or field sobriety tests.

The council on Tuesday also voted 5-1 to give first-round approval to 12 weeks paid parental leave for full-time county employees, up from the two weeks currently available.
It can spread through intimate physical contact, touching personal items like clothing or linens, or person-to-person contact with rash, scabs or bodily fluids.
