Man Drives up to Officers After Being Shot in the Face

On January 18, 2025 around 1:47 PM, Officers were patrolling the Hyde Park neighborhood when they observed a vehicle driving at a high rate of speed. The vehicle came to an abrupt stop and the driver, a 21-year-old man, exited with an apparent gunshot wound to his face. Officers observed what appeared to be a close-range gunshot wound to the man's cheek.
