ALTON — Two women and a man were bitten by a pit bull Thursday afternoon, Nov. 27, 2025, at a residence on Hale Drive in Alton, prompting a multi-agency emergency response. The Alton Fire Department received the alarm at 12:36 p.m. on Thursday, Thanksgiving Day, for two subjects bitten by a pit bull in the 2300 block of Hale Drive.
