Each meeting will have an electronic link and phone number that can be used to view and/or listen to a meeting. Each meeting will also have a Meeting ID Number that can be used if requested while you are accessing the meeting.

Board Bill Number 42
Introduced by Alderman Jesse Todd

The proposed ordinance would require that whenever the Building Commissioner or their designee issues an order whereby a building or structure is boarded-up as a result of a violation of the building code which renders the condition of the building or structure detrimental to the health, safety, or welfare of the residents thereof and therefore constitutes a public nuisance, all entrances and windows on all floors of the building or structure shall be boarded-up. Funding for said activities shall come from the existing Building Division budget and shall not be an expansion of the budget.
