On Jan. 15, 2025, the St. Clair County State’s Attorney’s Office received a case that led to 12 felony counts of Aggravated Cruelty to Animals and 12 misdemeanor counts of Cruelty to Animals against Paige N. Clubb, 24, and Dorian H. Pattumma, 25. SPRINGFIELD – Today, Governor JB Pritzker announced $14.7 million in federal grant funding will be used to extend the state’s Local Food Purchase Assistance Cooperative Agreement Program (LFPA) beyond June 30, 2025.
