Expectations are high for new transportation provider Zum Services after the chaos of last year with 19 different vendors including taxis.

The eastbound train, en route from Kansas City to St. Louis, struck a trailer at a private crossing east of Pleasant Hill, Missouri, on Sunday afternoon.

The shooting happened about 4:50 p.m. Sunday in the 1500 block of South 10th Street.

Incident took place about 4:30 p.m. Sunday in the 200 block of Carrington Lane.
