A St. Louis jury on Thursday recommended a man be sentenced to up to nearly 19 years in prison for causing a downtown crash that severed a teen girl's legs.
Peggy Davis said her son, Romeo Calhoun, also did not receive medication for his mental illnesses, including ADHD, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia, during his 10-day detainment.
