Prosecutors on Thursday dismissed a robbery case against Daniel Riley that was at the center of a controversy that jump-started an effort to remove the city's former chief prosecutor.
The district, in a brief statement, said its board will hold a special meeting Friday night to consider and possibly vote "on actions that include closures of specific branches."
