After receiving a notice from the City of Crestwood declaring their apartment building “dangerous,” some residents at Forest View Apartments began making plans to move out. 

The U.S. Department of Justice has filed a lawsuit challenging Illinois laws that allow undocumented students to pay in-state tuition and receive state-funded scholarships.
