Missouri Education Commissioner Margie Vandeven is resigning effective July 1, 2024. She informed State Board of Education members during their meeting this morning. Vandeven served as commissioner from 2015 to 2017, then returned to the position in 2019.
A woman is facing serious charges after being accused of stealing an SUV from an auto body shop in Richmond Heights. A mechanic came into contact with the suspect just moments before the theft.
