The city of St. Louis will break ground on a new 911 dispatch center Thursday. The groundbreaking will be at the site at 1:30 p.m.
"St. Louisans deserve a fast response when they call 911," Rasmus Jorgensen, deputy director of communications for Mayor Tishaura Jones, said.
