A troubled St. Louis-based behavioral health services provider may get a fresh start after a Kansas City-area peer acquires the nonprofit. KVC Missouri, nonprofit juvenile psychiatric health provider, intends to acquire Great Circle, which would be restructured to be controlled by KVC Missouri, whose parent is Olathe, Kansas-based KVC Health Systems Inc.
