St. Charles City-County Library CEO Jason Kuhl is resigning to take a job with another library system, he said in an email sent to staff Friday. Fairview Heights restaurant approved to reopen after food poisoning cases

The LongHorn Steakhouse in Fairview Heights is now approved to reopen, two weeks after it voluntarily closed over an investigation into food poisoning. As of Thursday, the business had not publicly stated a reopening date.
