Arrest: Relative to the shooting death of Tameeka Brown on April 13, 2015, Homicide Detectives arrested and charged a 26-year-old man for Murder 1st Degree. Since the suspect was 16-years-old when the incident happened, the case has been referred to Juvenile Court.

On February 15, 2025, just before 4PM, District 6 officers responded to the 4900 block of Union for a robbery. When officers arrived, they met a 17-year-old male who stated he was just robbed while trying to purchase clothes from an unknown suspect.
