ALTON – Two men accused of making inappropriate physical contact with juvenile victims face felony charges in separate but similar cases. Michael S. Lenglet, 45, of Troy, Ill., and Raymond L. Dunningan, 57, listed as homeless out of Alton, face one count each of aggravated battery, both Class 3 felonies.
