SOUTH ROXANA - The Illinois Department of Transportation today announced that both lanes of Hawthorne Street from Lewis and Clark Boulevard (Illinois 3) to east of Wanda Road in Madison County will require intermittent daytime lane closures beginning, weather permitting, on Monday, Sept. 16, 2024. The lane closures are necessary for the evaluation of pavement conditions.
