Arizona-based packaging company Altor Solutions, which this fall plans to move its headquarters to St. Louis, has agreed to acquire Lifoam Industries LLC, for $137 million in cash. Greer, South Carolina-based Lifoam is a manufacturer and distributor of temperature-controlled shipping products.
