Great Rivers Greenway Public Meetings

Notice is hereby given that the Great Rivers Greenway Board will host the Budget and Finance Committee, a subcommittee of the Board of Directors, meeting at 10:30am and monthly meeting of the Board of Directors at 11:30am on Tuesday, August 8, 2023. This meeting is open to the public and will be held in our board room located at 3745 Foundry Way, Ste 253, St. Louis, MO 63110. That the Board adopt Resolution 2023.59 approving a contract not to exceed $780,118 with Kwame Building Group, Inc. in connection with St. Vincent Greenway: Robert L Powell Place to St Charles Rock Road and authorizing other actions as necessary to effectuate the same. - Michael Steinlage
That the Board adopt Resolution 2023.60 approving a Professional Service Agreement not to exceed $199,045.80 with Fry & Associates, Inc. in connection with Trojan Park Playground Surface Replacement and authorizing other actions as necessary to effectuate the same. - Susan Jankowski

That the Board adopt Resolution 2023.61 approving a contract amendment not to exceed $65,000 with Horner & Shifrin, Inc. in connection with Centennial Greenway Betterment from Marine Ave to Katy Trail via Page Ave and authorizing other actions as necessary to effectuate the same. - Grace Wright
