By popular demand, new Earwig Music affiliate & recording artist, Lady J Huston returns to the Blue Strawberry with her eclectic sound in “The Soul of Jazz 'n Blues”. Lady J is a multi-award winning, multi-instrumentalist with a multi-talented ensemble of show-stopping musicians.
Lady J is renowned for her captivating Vocals, Trumpet, and mesmerizing Stage Presence. She toured as Music Director with Rock ‘n Roll Hall of Famer & Blues legend, Albert King performing on shows with greats such as Buddy Guy, B.B. King, Etta James, Bobby Blue Bland and Robert Cray. Lady J has opened for multiple acts including Wynonna Judd, performed as headliner at Buddy Guy’s Legends, House of Blues, and other esteemed venues. Lady J settled in Las Vegas, NV for 25 years winning multiple Blues Music Awards and reigned as The Las Vegas Queen of Blues; appearing on America's Got Talent, featured on ABC World News Tonight, festivals, showrooms, TV, newspapers, magazines, and other media.
The Lady J Huston Show debuted in St. Louis in 2018 with rave reviews and has continued to rise as one of the area’s most admired groups. Lady J's electrifying show blends her Las Vegas stylings with the sass of St. Louis Blues, Classic Soul, & a touch of Jazz to present an exciting experience. The band members also showcase their talents providing attendees an array of unquestionable, foot-tapping fun.
