St. Louis Metropolitan Police issued an arrest warrant for a man wanted for first-degree murder in a fatal shooting last month.

A teenager was critically injured after crashing a stolen car during a police chase in St. Louis County, leading to a high-speed chase on I-270 before the car crashed into a utility pole.
