An association of gas station owners is finalizing a lawsuit against Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker, a Democrat. The owners accused Pritzker of forcing them to post messages on their gas pumps to boost Pritzker’s reelection campaign.

Hundreds of protesters rallied outside the federal courthouse in downtown St. Louis after a leaked draft opinion suggested the Supreme Court could be poised to overturn the landmark Roe v. Wade decision, which legalized abortion nationwide.
Activists gathered downtown Tuesday afternoon to protest the potential overturning of Roe v. Wade. Eyewitnesses are reporting that a protester was hit by a car. The RFT had a photographer, Reuben Hemmer, at the protest. Here’s what he said:
