EAST ALTON – An East Alton man facing his latest felony domestic battery charge in Madison County was recently brought into custody. Eli Z. Steele-Moss, 34, of East Alton, was charged on June 11, 2026 with his second or subsequent count of domestic battery, a Class 4 felony.
