An 18-year-old is accused of making a terrorist threat for allegedly firing a gun at the Phelps County Fair last weekend.

St. Louis County police are investigating a crash Tuesday on Interstate 170 in Ladue.

The crash happened on July 29 on Chippewa Street in front of Ted Drewes Frozen Custard.

Police said the 17-year-old boy and a second teenager were hiking in a restricted area when the boy lost his footing and fell.
