Ameren Corp. (NYSE: AEE), the St. Louis-based utility company, has added diversity duties to the corporate role of sustainability chief as a longtime executive plans to retire. The company said that effective Tuesday, Gwen Mizell has been named chief sustainability and diversity officer, an expansion of her previous duties as chief sustainability officer.
