474-home subdivision proposed near Wentzville
ST. CHARLES COUNTY, Mo. - A plan to build parks, small businesses, and a 470-home subdivision on farmland west of Lake Saint Louis is heading to the St. Charles County Planning and Zoning Commission next week.
The project, called “Trailside Farms” would cover more than 250 acres along Highway N near Perry Cate Boulevard, across from Wentzville South Middle School and Timberland High School.
