Telecommunications giant AT&T has sold a downtown St. Louis office tower as part of a broader transaction aimed at reducing its real estate footprint nationwide.

A hearing was held today for the man charged in the death of St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department officer David Lee.

"There is no question that his daughter should still be here today," added attorney Grant Boyd.

Several people were shot during a large gathering at the park. Police said a 21-year-old died as a result of his injuries.
