No. 19 Saint Louis' 15-game winning streak puts it in elite company heading into this week

1 month 1 week ago
Saint Louis coach Josh Schertz believes his team is more than just a feel-good story. Ranked No. 19, the Billikens have won 15 straight games and aim to extend their 21-1 record Tuesday night against Davidson. Their only loss was a close 78-77 defeat to Stanford in November. Schertz credits their success to great players like Robbie Avila, who transferred from Indiana State. The team boasts six players averaging double figures. As they aim for their first NCAA tourney appearance since 2018-19, Schertz emphasizes that winning is the priority, with players sacrificing individual goals for team success.
