Hey, looking to get my nose pierced sometime in the next few weeks and I am pretty lost. Never had any tattoos or piercings but I want it done correctly. Is there any shops I should go to OR any shops I should avoid? It seems like it is a pretty simple process but I’m a body mod virgin and want to make sure it’s done right.

Olive + Oak Cancels Vivek Ramaswamy Fundraiser After Outcry

Presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy will not be holding a fundraiser later this week at Webster Groves hotspot Olive + Oak, the restaurant announced today on social media. The 38-year-old businessman and conservative author's campaign had advertised the event as "An Evening With Vivek Ramaswamy," including both a cocktail hour and a private dinner.  For the low low sum of $3,300, attendees were offered not only that private dinner at one of St. Louis' top restaurants, but also a "phone call with Vivek" and a signed book. For $500, attendees could expect access to the cocktail hour and a keynote address.

2 years 1 month ago

Tower Grove Community Development Corporation is thrilled to announce the creation of a small office coworking space on the second floor of our headquarters located at 2337 S Kingshighway, Saint Louis, Mo 63110. The recent departure of our former tenant, Prosperity Connection, to a larger space downtown opened the opportunity to reimagine the existing 2500 sq. ft. Currently about 40% of the space is leased and TGCDC is offering the remaining space for $1500 a month or $800 per office. The coworking space offers a kitchen, lobby, 2 bathrooms, and easy access from all highways and South City neighborhoods. TGCDC hopes to find small businesses and not for profits looking to grow, share ideas and build community without a major investment. The coworking space rent includes internet, all utilities, property taxes, and onsite management. For inquiries, please contact Jay Rios at 314 486 0231 or Jay@KRASTL.com.
