Thousands of residents are at a lack of power, trying to clean up the damage caused from Saturday’s severe storm. Ameren says, they’ve restored more than half of the 90,000 residents without power since the catastrophic winds hit. Now, after severe storms have left, many residents in St. Paul are with no power, and lots of storm damage.
