A drone show unlike any other in the country will soon fill the night sky as thousands of onlookers celebrate America’s 250th birthday at Gateway Arch National Park in downtown St. Louis. It’s all part of the Celebrate Saint Louis festival.

Thousands are preparing to head downtown for Fourth of July festivities. Organizers are planning on massive crowds, as well as dangerous heat. 

A man stabbed the mother of their daughter more than two dozen times before fleeing with the child, St. Louis County Police said.

TROY – Over three tons of suspected illegal fireworks were seized from two Troy residents accused of illegally selling the fireworks from a tractor-trailer which has also been seized. The investigation began after a Troy Police Department detective received a call on May 22, 2026 concerning possible illegal fireworks, according to an affidavit filed in support of forfeiting the seized property. The call came from a concerned resident who reported that her neighbors, Jason and Rachel Ellis
