COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic (includes Pediatrics)--Kennerly Temple Church of God in Christ

The City of St. Louis Department of Health will provide the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine to anyone 5 years old and above. For individuals under 18 years old, a parent or guardian must be present to consent to the child receiving the vaccine.

$100 gift card available to individuals receiving their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
